The Konstancin-Jeziorna area has often been regarded as the Beverly Hills of Warsaw. It is a place outside of the city center, away from the chaotic city. By the entrance route to Konstancin-Jeziorna, lies Osiedle Kostancja, a very secluded and luxurious housing estate which is home to what is referred to as the Warsaw elite, and the first luxury home and residence estate to be erected near Warsaw.
From earlier days, Konstancin was regarded as being one of the most fashionable addresses one could have. Moving to Konstancin represented an upgrade to the top of the social ranking.
The Konstancja estate is extremely popular among nouveau-riche families, considering the American School of Warsaw is walking distance from the compound. The lifestyles of the children living in the estate is determined by the wealth and status of their parents.
